Albert Marshall is a 40-year resident of Phoenix who got started in real estate when he bought his first rental property from Caldwell-Sims in 1973. He eventually started work for Caldwell-Sims Realtors doing cleanups for the Veterans Administration (VA).

Albert Marshall is a 40-year resident of Phoenix who got started in real estate when he bought his first rental property from Caldwell-Sims in 1973. He eventually started work for Caldwell-Sims Realtors doing cleanups for the Veterans Administration (VA).
Inspired to start his own business, he began contracting home repairs for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the VA through Caldwell-Sims.
He obtained his real estate license and went to work as a real estate salesman for Caldwell-Sims while still running his own business. During the next three years, he obtained his broker's license and kept selling for himself.
In 1978, Marshall opened his first real estate office on 48th Street & Broadway. He worked out of that office for six years.
In 1986, Marshall opened an office at 434 E. Cody Drive, hiring two more employees and four sales personnel. He stayed there until he moved to his current office, 1847 E. Broadway Road.
Albert Marshall and his wife Marilyn have raised 13 children and 14 grandchildren here in South Phoenix.
